Malov (Russia) used a retrospective analysis and a comparative approach to verify the "agricultural factor," which plays a key role in economic stability and influences the sustainability of political regimes in Argentina. Ilona A. Gritsenko (Russia) also focuses on Argentina, assessing the government's policy of claiming a sector of Antarctica as its own territory.
The authors of the third section focused on legal issues in the Latin American region.
